I must be a dunce or a super newb because I can't figure out which part to go through for these quests :( I just unlocked Umbra Forest, so I've also started "Finding Saerielle" but I'm still lost. Heeeelp me please!

I don't remember where those quests are but I know how you can find out.
Go to "Explore"
And then click "Quest Log"
You should find the details about the quests you are on there.
