This isn't really a problem, but every time I complete a stage in the Lost Grove, it says i opened another exploration window and have to reload, even though i didn't and when i reload I appear at the barrack's entrance with the stage progressed. I didn't even talk to Researcher Dorian for stage 3 or wait for a whole lot of time on stage 4.

Yep. When a Stage upgrades, the map usually changes in some way. The only way to make this work smoothly is to have the player have to "re-enter" the zone.

So you get teleported back to the Barracks and are forced to re-enter.

The waiting period in Stage 4 is pretty much removed for players doing the Individual Stage 4. The only reason it still remains is for mechanical coding reasons - otherwise it'd just be removed.

So I think it just ticks over to Stage 5 the next tick after you enter Stage 4.
