How do I beat this?
Thank you..
I keep looking around the fields but i don't know how to find him...

@Spaur93, It's scripted! After so long, you'll eventually find him. As far as I know (look at the blind leading the blind here) all the quests are. Just keep battling and he'll turn up c:
