How do you send a trade to player and how do you send a COD?

If you're trading directly with somebody, you can send it at a COD, but for free. To send a COD, you go to your inventory, select an item you would send to the person ((if it's strictly for gold, then I suggest fairy mushrooms)), and you'll see a tiny envelope light up under all the inventory boxes. Click it and set up whatever you need to and viola!
