I'm trying to progress in the main quest, but two of the irrigation pumps aren't appearing for me and I'm stuck at 4/6. I've tried exiting and reentering the area, but it didn't work. I'd like to progress in the quest! Thanks

Hm. Not sure what happened.
I went and just manually spawned 2 of them for you.
Let me know if that resolves the issue for you or not.

It did not. The pumps showed up and I was able to interact with them and fight the lunemara, but it still says I'm stuck at 4/6 and the farmer NPC doesn't complete the quest when I talk to them.

Okay, never mind. I left and came back and it was at 5/6, and then I fought some random spawned sylesti and it said 6/6. So thanks I guess? xD
