I been working on blinking just recently with this style I've done it for pixels before without issue. I can try it for your commission it shouldn't be to hard but if I run into any issues I'll inform you. Also the hearts are no problem. That's easy lol.

I have references! Please ignore the weird proportions, it's old haha It's hard to see in the ref but his eyes are a glittery purple.
I'd like him to have the 3D Blue and Red Fade animation :) Also, could you draw (stylised) blood drops in the background? Kinda like this, but only if that's not too much to ask ^^"

For the second one, this design is more accurate, but it should have these colors. He's a tiger furry if that wasn't clear, and I'd like him to sparkle :>
