When Razor Wind is used after applying the dazed debuff to an enemy with Torrential Blow, the dazed debuff disappears. Then, after that, the turn counter for the debuff applied by Razor Wind decrements by 2 each turn, instead of one, so that it wears off after only 2 turns.
