I need to know, what does it take for an Adolescent to age into an Adult??

18 days from becoming an adolescent.

so is that on the 18th day it is an adolescence or 18 days its an adult?

It takes a total of 18 days for a hatchling to go to adolescent, then around 7-12 days for an adolescent to go to an adult.

Without modifiers like page views, magic pies etc.:
- It takes 648 hours (27 days) for a pet to reach adulthood.
- Pets hit Adolescence at 216 hours (~9 days) (this is the starting age of generated pets)
- Via basic math, you can determine that it takes 432 hours from the start of the adolescence stage to the start of adulthood, or 18 days.
