Hello,

I think there is a minor blacksmith ore smelting bug:

When you first click to smelt ore it mentions about needing ore x6 for each ingot:



but then when you actually smelt the thing it only needs 5 per





not a big issue, but could be slightly misleading

I have this as well. It won't smelt if I have 5 ore, only when I have 6.

Also with the Gold Ore, I currently have 3, and the requirement is 3.... but it won't let me smelt.

Ah yep, I've also got the same issue. it's not letting me smelt 20x ore for 4 bars...(it wants 24 ore)...

Wait, hang on, i'm about to smelt a single bar to see if it uses up 5 or 6.

I've already smelted a lot though (enough to upgrade an exotic item to +3 and 4 vinethorns to +1) :\

Nope!

It used up 6 ore instead of 5.

What is the correct amount to be using? Did you change it to 5? I'm pretty upset by using up extra ore for a bug because its not easy to come by and i've been spending time to farm it :(

It should be fixed.

Everything should have been correctly functioning - just the script part was wrong so what was displaying was incorrect. But all of the server-side calculations should have been fine.

No it's not fixed! It's still broken. It's still wanting 6 ore from my inventory, showing up as 5, and the game is removing 6 ore, not 5.







It said it took away 5



It took away 6



Please fix this - i'm really unhappy and would like a refund on everything i've wasted up to this point

The values are 3/5/6.

It's 3 Gold Ore, 5 Silver Ore, and 6 Iron Ore.

The server is charging the correct amount.

The gold price is static per bar and not dependent on the amount of ore.


All that is messing up is the javascript portion b/c I had it hand written in there and it was/is using the old of everything is 5. I'll take another look and see where it's still displaying as a global 5 per bar and fix it.

alright well :\ That is a lot of grinding we need to do, I guess!

Will there be a higher amount of mining nodes in section 2?

Yep. There will be a lot more nodes to collect and those specific nodes have a much higher chance to spawn ore.

Also, some of the enemies themselves drop ore.
