I want one, but it seems that the only ones can be used on Themed pets, but im not sure, and i don't want to waste my diamonds/gold on something i can't use.

Yeah, there's no general Philter of Trait Disruption, only the (Themed) ones, which... can only be used on Tagged Theme pets
