Oh she is so pretty!
I could offer two Potions of Learning and about 7,000 gold. (I totally understand if you want more for her and I would be willing to pay more that is just a base price.)

Sorry, but im like level 27 and I dont know what learning potions do. Can you tell me before I sell her to you?

A potion of learning, official name Philter of Learning, is this .
They cost 100 scales in the scale shop and cost 5,000 to 50,000 gold on the trade broker.
Philters of Learning are used to allow your pet to gain experience again. Philters of Unlearning stop your pet from gaining experience. Philters of Unlearning are usually used on pets that are to be used in the arena in Ethernia the city in Astryls Vale.

No, that is what I used to think. If it is used on a pet that already gains experience I don't believe it would do anything. Philters of Learning only work if you already used a Philter of Unlearning on that pet. Since you are Level 27 both Philters of Learning and Philters of Unlearning probably aren't of much use for you, unless you sell them for money.
I might be explaining this badly. If you go to the scale shop you can see the explanations about the Philters.
