So I've noticed you only see new Quests once you've completed one of your "Main Quests" in Sylvestia. I was really hoping that maybe the Quest Boards would have some kind of daily reset so you could do more of them, but no.

I think having something like that would be amazingly helpful to new players (such as myself) to earn money, exploration items, equipment, ect. It would also be great to help level pets in preparation for the "Main Quests" if there were smaller tasks to perform (i.e. "Find my pet," "I dropped {item} in {place} could you find it for me?," and such).

Daily Quests do come up on the Board once you have completed the corresponding zone for them. <: There are a total of five in Saerielle, one for each area.

In the next area, Astryl's Vale, there are Tasks (similar to the Quests) that work a little differently, since they can be completed each hour.

When you go through the story line it walks you through all the different zones in that area. After you finish the story quests for those areas you'll start seeing daily quests pop up on the quest board. Also please note that this is only for the second area, Umbra forest. Esior's doesn't have quests and Astral's Vale (the third area) is using a different system (which eventually all the zones will be updated to, but for now you can do daily quests form the quest board)
