Salut Sylestia, I'm Corsair! in case you were wondering
I stumbled across this website earlier and figured that I should introduce myself. While my on-site name is Corsair, I also respond to the names Jack and Reggie. (for various reasons) I love music, pirates, traveling, and new friends. If anyone wants to chat, feel free to hit me up!
I am looking forward to getting to know you all.
About me:
I have 1 dog and 6 cats, yes, 6. They're all rescues, and I love them to bits.
I love spicy foods.
Unlike what seems to be most of America, I love black coffee, but can't stand anything from Starbucks. Keep that sugar and cream away from my drink, haha!
I love to laugh. A lot.
I'm learning French, as I will be studying in Europe this upcoming year.
I'm from the Oregon-Washington area. No, it does not rain all the time. :D

Salut, bienvenue sur Sylestia!
Where in Europe will you be studying? I am European. French, exactly (so if you ever need some tips and help to learn French you can ask me :) ).
I have good news, we have black coffee here! (the coffee I drink is too strong for the taste of Americans usually ^^. Though I still like Starbucks too, is just a different thing for me.)
I love traveling and spicy food too.
I could tell you loved pirates by your username :) (Maybe with that username you should visit St Malo the corsair city while you're here)
If you tell me your three favorite species and your favorite colors, I will give you welcome gifts :)

Merci!
I'll be studying in Belgium. What region, I'm not too sure. I'm really hoping to speak French or German (even though there's only like a 0.01% chance of going to a Germanic area). Yesss! I'm so excited for the food, you do not even know. And WhAT?! There's a pirate city?! Sweet glory, I'm going there for sure. Aaah! You don't know how excited I am!!
I really love the looks of the Lighira, Nixi, and Luffoxes. They're so cute and fluffy. As my favorite colors go, they'd probably be: brown, red and green.
Thank you for welcoming me, this website seems to be very friendly and open. I look forward to getting to know everyone.

Hola Corsair!
I own six cats too! Although 5/6 of them are rescues, the girl cat was a package deal with the rescue kitten. I was born in the Washington-Orgean area, interesting. I can't really have coffee, first time I had it I got sick :P I am learning Latin and Spanish, my Abuela tried to teach me French, but I can only remember the words Merci and Bonjour.
Here is a gift for you! If you're wondering, this griffi is a PB (Purebred as the community calls themed offspring) offspring of last Chrismas's Candied Griffi release.

De rien!
Yep, it's a city in France, "corsair city" is its nickname. Some of the most famous French corsairs are born there, and you still have remparts and buildings dating from this time. I like this city, though it's quite touristic especially during summer. Its not too far from other nice touristic sites like Mt Saint-Michel, so if you are really into this period and want to do some tourism in France (and see something that's not Paris) maybe you could consider going there ^^
Though the Netherlands are near Belgium and assiociated with piracy and navy too.
Why is there 0,01% of chance you're going to a Germanic area? You should visit Europe while you're here! Germanic areas are nice as well! Ich spreche auch Deutch. Ich wohne zehn minuten von Deutschland. :p
I know how excited you are, you're as excited like me when I travel :p
(It's weird since as I'm probably going where you live this summer, by the way! I hope you're right about the rain! :) )

You can also choose an (unnamed) Nixi from my hatchery, if you want
Lighira

I don't know how the pets will look exactly, but even in the case they look odd, Luffoxes and Nixis still should be tested for restricted traits!

I love your pet Sparrow. Perhaps you would like to take a partner for him or your girl from Stable 5 - Tab 2-4. Just pick any two from those tabs and you can have them for 1g each.
If you see any in my Favourites tab you would like to breed your two with I can set them up for 1g breeding for you as well.

Oh gosh, I'm so going there. (at least I hope my host family will take me, haha!) I'm only going to be there during the school year, so August - June/July. There's a low chance of my sister city (the city I'll be placed in) being in a Germanic-Belgian area. The program I'm going through just doesn't send many students there, if any. I do want to visit...all the countries though! That's a main reason why I didn't choose India or Peru! I'll go to those places someday, but I really wanted to go to a European country, so I could maximize the counties and diverse experiences I'd have.
That's so cool! Though, to be completely transparent, the West side (Seattle/Portland) does get it's fair share of rain. It's over here on the Eastern side of the Cascades that it's really, really dry. The northwest corner of the States is really cool, we've got almost every single type of terrain in the US condensed into a little area.
Thank you so much for the pets! I can't wait to see how they look all grown up.

I really love my cats, even though they're pains. It's cool to see that people on this site have big hearts, like yourself. I think I'm going to enjoy it here; there doesn't seem to be a lot of "fake" people here, if that makes any sense. I've always admired Latin! I don't think I could learn it that well, but I think I'd like to try someday! Do you use any language-learning programs like RosettaStone, or do you have classes? As for Spanish, I can understand a bit, but my speaking skills are non-existent when it comes to anything else except ordering tacos. Thank you so much for the lovely pet! He'll have a wonderful home.

Wow, you certainly have a lot of Zolnixi! I'd love an egg from any of them, it's so hard to choose. This may sound odd, but could you breed your favorite pair for me? I love getting surprises, and I trust your judgement.
