One way is to save the pic while its small, like take a small screenshot of it or something, then upload it into a pic uploader site and put it here

Is there any small bit of code or whatever I could put on the end to maybe resize it? Like if it was a picture of a sylesti and I wanted to make it smaller is there anything I could put after the link to the picture to resize it?

Adding on: you can change the size if it's a sylestia pet or avatar image-
https://www.sylestia.com/image_builder_pet.php?ec=FFFFFF&c1=FFFFFF&c2=FFFFFF&c3=FFFFFF&ac=FFFFFF&ac2=FFFFFF&gd1c=FFFFFF&gd2c=FFFFFF&gd3c=FFFFFF&md1c=FFFFFF&md2c=FFFFFF&md3c=FFFFFF&gd1=00&gd2=00&gd3=00&md1=00&md2=00&md3=00&species=ferrikki&gender=female&maturity=216&size=150

https://www.sylestia.com/image_builder_avatar.php?size=130&base=1&eyes=4&ears=2&mouth=4&nose=1&eyebrows=1&hair=17&beard=0&ff1=0&ff2=0&ff3=0&ff4=0&ff5=0&ff6=0&mkup1=0&mkup2=0&top=4&bottoms=1&feet=2&arms=0&eyelashes=0&lipstick=0&sc=E8E1D3&ec=76AEC4&hc=B5A698&mc1=FFFFFF&mc2=FFFFFF&mc3=FFFFFF&tc1=BAAD98&tc2=C4C0B8&bc1=A39686&bc2=A5A1A8&fc1=C2BBAD&fc2=787266&ac1=C9DBE0&ac2=C9C5BF&hc1=FFFFFF&hc2=FFFFFF&wc1=C6E3E6&wc2=FFFFFF&bkc1=BAAD98&bkc2=E8E1D3&held=hallowed_reapers_hatchling&outfit=0&head=nebula_sunburst&fullhelm=0&wings=0&back=pookas_fox_tail

By altering the "size=" bit (and if it doesn't have it, you can just add it in the relevant spot) where size is the px width, so 150, the base pet generator size seen on either side of the display

While 500=

But yeah, not off-site images, they just resize to fit post size generally if they're too big.

For offsite images and my computer, I usually right click on the image and then click 'Search Google for Image'. Then I click All Sizes (next to the image) or the size, if given, that I want.
This is a smaller version of your image:
