Im getting badges in the Sanctuary left, right, and center.
But I havent gotten a single badge for the Haven.
Ive been participating in Events and doing Missions (no quests though, the quests are always empty). Am I doing something wrong?

I have yet to find a way to get badges for Esiors Haven. I honestly don't think there is a way to get them, it most likely was a forgotten to be implemented element for that area
