How do I make a post to sell my own item on the trade broker?

> Go to inventory
> select item
> hit the "Broker Item" button at the bottom, between the "Use Item" and "Sell Item" buttons (if it doesn't light up, the item is a non-tradeable)
> input price-per-unit
> Hit "List item"
