Start off by being transported to Ogygia. Shayni, your char might have packed a bag or some sandwiches or something, since, you know, future sight and everything. Also, yours will say the prophecy.

To everyone, the curse has a reason. Nagashree's loved ones may die, because she holds the knife in the end, or maybe not...

Nagashree huffed and adjusted the big camping pack on her left shoulder. Her right held a tall staff carved of white wood, though the only carved part was the snake, smooth and without bark. The rest of the staff was a branchless limb of a tree, white bark and all. Unbreakable, a gift from her mother. At that thought, her pocket wriggled and a small snake slithered out, crawling up her shirt. She grinned, let it slither on her left hand, and placed it back in her sweatshirt pocket. Not quite the length of her hand, made of bronze, and full of venom. Sorta cute..... If you like monster-killing robot snakes. She laughed, at ease, away from monsters for a while, until a fierce wind stirred, and everything around her spun. A voice whispered, 'a curse of heartache, never to love, lest they meet their end, a blessing of Hephaestus, to carry within metal like the snake on her hand..' Everything went black. When she awoke she was on an island. Gorgeous, but obviously abandoned. Sand had blown up into small dunes around a long banquet table. 'The first one to arrive...' the voice murmured. 'And the last to stand.' Then four more whirlwinds appeared in the distance.

When winds without control have blown
Five on an island, all alone
Where never comes an end to life
'Less by the one who holds the knife
The Mist to shatter their facades
Or risk the demise of the gods...

In a place unknown to mortals stood a boy dressed in white. There he stood, in a battle that has been done. Monsters remain nowhere to be seen but the fighters know the truth. Then came a breeze the boy stood as the voice spoke, "A curse of Insomniac, never to sleep, feel the tiredness...... A blessing of Thanatos, the power to destroy the very soul, the one who will be feared alone." Then came the darkness but faded quickly. A whirlwind surrounds him as he stand. Now his black hair hanging down his back, black lines underneath his eyes, and a cloak of white as he walks. He stares as he finds that he is in a forest. There he clench his hands. A sword made of out gems appear from the ground. its sparkles as the sun shines above the island. Huri lowers his hand, the sword gets swallowed by the earth. A voice whispers in his ears, " The second to arrive.." the voice said ominously. "And the one to shatter the chosen ones......" Three more whirlwinds echo through the island. The boy turns as his eyes glow red. Intense blood lust emits from his body as the boy is on the offensive, Ready to strike.

"Hi." Nagashree said without much enthusiasm. The wooden snake slithered around the staff, but it was like a stop-motion clay animation, a little jerky, but hardly noticeable. "Shush." she tolled the snake, and it went still.

The boy turned to were the sound came from the quickly sees the girl. "Who are you?" The 12 year old boy asks as he is ready to fight at any moment. His red eyes glow as he stand, He seems to be to short for his age and sounds to young, but the aura he gives off is not to be messed with. He is wearing no shoes nor armor but just the white cloak surrounding him. He has black underneath his eyes.

"Nagashree." Her bronze snake slithered out of her sweatshirt pocket. Despite her pretty face, she had the worn look of a demigod tired of running. A tear ran across her left sleeve, which held the big cylindrical camping back. Her right hand had a smiley face band-aid on it, grasping the white wooden staff as if her life depended on it. "I'm assuming you're a demigod?" Nagashree's voice had a soothing effect, even if it was mostly to convince herself.

Blake sheathed his sword, as he was finished with practice. Then all of a sudden, he couldnt see anything. At first, he thought he had gone blind, and so he panicked. He sat up straight in a bunch of sand. He looked around, confused. It was a beautiful place, granted, but still. He jumped and felt for his sword. He saw it, and was very relieved

Nagashree turned and saw a new person had fallen in from the sky. Two more... She stood up, gripping her staff until her knuckles turned white and gave a forced smile. "Welcome to Ogygia. Make yourself comfortable, because we aren't leaving. Ever." She walked off to a cave that glittered like a geode, with a bronze bar at the top, holding a curtain. She pulled the curtain across and set her pack down. For a moment, her hand looked as bronze as her snake, but she blinked her black eyes and it wasn't there. Had she imagined it? It could have happened. There were very few trees on the island that she could see, but there had been a garden. And the banquet table... It had been bleached by the sun. Then it hit her. Time passed differently on Ogygia. And... Nobody died. She had claimed one of five large alcoves, with slight tunnels leading to them, about ten feet long and five wide for each one. Something fell out of her bag with a clatter, and her heart turned to ice. It was a dagger, maybe ten inches long, out of a silvery metal that seemed opalescent, but it felt evil. It was late afternoon, maybe four in the evening, but she set out her bedroll and a pillow and immediately fell into restless, troubled dreams.

When winds without control have blown
Five on an island all alone
Where never comes an end to life
'Less by the one who holds the knife

The knife.

The knife......

"I am a demigod. Did you do this?" His voice cracks as he falls down coughing blood. "Not now, why now?" he mutters as blood dripped from his mouth then stops. "So were trapped here" he stood up wiping the blood with his hand and rubbing it off in the grass. "This is perfect. I can now never to be bothered with that war!" he smiles.
