In another world, things have changed. Queen Vigilance has been struggling to keep the Nightwings out of a war with the Icewings, which sounds normal, but Arctic has returned to his tribe, with a gift of death: every day, a Nightwings dies, just like Darkstalker's spell in another timeline. Clearsight haas been forced to go to school at one years old, like every other dragonet. Darkstalker did help Whiteout get out of the egg, and she has animus magic.

Save me Prince Arctic?

Could I have Darkstalker? He is my alltime favorite character. My reallife friend and I got into this argument about whether he was actually evil. I say no. He did what he did for love, for his friends, and for his tribe, and he believed he was doing the right thing, if not the good thing. That's what matters. Others made him the monstor everyone remembers. Personally I blame Foeslayer's mom. If she hadn'd dragged Foeslayer to the Ice Kingdom she would never have met Arctic and Drakstalker never would have hatched. Buuut she did.
