theres an option in your own stables to pay to revive unconscious pets, but when i click it it says 0 pets are unconscious, even though my entire party got knocked out less than five minutes ago and theyre still unconscious

That feature only works for pets not in your Party.
You'd have to remove them from your Party first.

it worked for me before though? which is why i was confused
i guess thats a different bug, then

I am not sure.
It should only work for pets in your Stables.
Pets considered in your Party are not considered to be inside your Stables (because they are out exploring with you =P).

i remember earlier both niir and ruo were knocked out, and i was able to revive them without removing them from my party
is there a way for you to check logs or something to see if it really did happen or if im just crazy?

Hehe. No, I have no way of checking for that.
You can revive your party pets via Healers in any of the Towns/Cities though.
