Okay, so I just tested a Ny'Vene, (her) and her father (him) carries Camo and so does her mom (her), yet strangely, she carries nothing in that spot..... Her dad shows Jeweled horns, and they both carry Ceo markings, but that was carried onto the kiddo. Is its just a bit strange how she didnt carry camo?

A carry, even if it's on both parents, doesn't guarantee that it'll get carried to the baby. A visible on each parent will though.

Sadly, that's an outcome you can have when you pair two carriers together. :<
As Eimell said, Reynbowz's Breeding Guide is definitely awesome and you should check it out! But to put the two carries thing in summery, here's something Krin said:
If both parents carry the same gene, their offspring can have the following:
-Visible Gene (25% chance)
-Carries Gene (50% chance)
-Nothing (25% chance)
