I keep getting the same message of complete the tutorial first, on the map.

Yes, you have to complete the Tutorial before certain features of the Site will unlock.
Are you having trouble completing a specific step? If so, can you copy/paste what the step is telling you to do and I can assist further.

This is why I'm reporting it in the bugs, because I'm at the world map and trying to go further. I accepted some quests and then I'm unable to continue.

Travel to Esior's Fields
It's finally time to start exploring! Visit the World Map to navigate and enter Esior's Fields.
Use the World Map to navigate to the Viridian Meadows Region of the map and then click on Esior's Fields to visit that location.
I go to the map, I keep trying to go to Esior's Fields, but it keeps giving me an error message.
