What if birds are trying to warn us of something but we cant hear them?

Im scared...

I recently did something..... not very good to myself.

I was in the gym bathroom and lost it.

I was screaming, crying, shouting


and trying to end it all.

My classmates came in after class and found me in a heap on the ground. I was concious but didnt seem in there. It felt like I was trapped in my body, like a pilot losing control.
They all said stuff like Oh dont do that again, and Were here for you.

But nothings changed.

In fact, its gotten worse. People have been trying to insult me for my views, shoving me in the halls, and literally making suicide jokes less than 24 hours later. I may be wrong, but Im almost certain I heard someone say, She shouldve finished the job. People have been calling another kid (that left the school) a f***ing autistic psycho.


And my only people I can go to are professionals, people paid to just say I understand and Im sorry and prescribe medicines that make it even godd*mn worse.

And dogs. Creatures with just a thought for hugs and food. Animals that will be gone in a blip
And people.. on the internet. People Ive never met. People that would disappear in a second and I wouldnt know a thing









Im scared and dont know what to do
