You buy them at the village in your world map. When you go into your world map, push Viridian Meadows, then push Esiors Haven, then push market and youll be able to buy lesser snare traps.

In the first region, you can buy Lesser Snare traps here

When you reach the second region, you get access to Standard Snare traps at the Sanctuary Market

Upon reaching the third region, you can buy Strong Snare traps at the Ethernia Market

You can buy Masterful Snare traps at any time from the Diamond Shop for Diamonds, and sometimes on the Trade Broker (generally cost a lot)

In the Festival Zones- when one is open- you can buy the first three kinds of snare from the Merchant found there.
