Title says all. I can click it, but nothing appears, why so?

If I remember right...
Krin said something about it appearing automatically whenever a festival is active. :)
We have a "Week of Love" now going on and it just switched on by itself.
There's nothing in that tab because...
It's just not suposed to be anything there and we shouldn't bother with that :)
