I was going to collect gold from my till and saw this. What does it mean?

I went back to the broker and it was like this:

It means that whatever item it was has been consumed and used.
The Trade Broker refers to items by their actual live ID - not just the static ID of what the item is.
So if the actual item is used or merged into another stack, etc... it's removed from the database table and at that point can no longer be found by the Trade Broker. So it then displays that message.
