On a small island in wales is a cave, but not just any cave. if your are special, peculiar then bye walking into this cave you enter a loop. Whats in this loop you say? well it is the home for peculiar children of course. it is a place where children can go and be who they are, powers and all, no matter the flaw. You want to join the peculiars you ask? well just fill out this form and you shall be allowed to enter.
