Sorry if this is something you're already aware of, I didn't see in the known issues board or the last few pages of bug threads...
When trying to sort my search results by some criteria I kept getting this same error:
Warning: array_multisort() [function.array-multisort]: Array sizes are inconsistent in /home/tbbryant/public_html/search/petresults.php on line 873
The specific criteria I was sorting by was ascending breeding fee prices, and it also occurred on some others I tried, but not all of them.
I also changed what I was searching for some and found it only happens with some species as well. Specifically, Ny'Vene, Ligs, Puffs, and Nephs, but none of the older species (nor lunemaras or kelparis).

I got Warning: array_multisort() [function.array-multisort]: Array sizes are inconsistent in /home/tbbryant/public_html/search/petresults.php on line 877 as well.
It happened when I added sort by breeding fee to a search for male ny up for breeding. Refreshing and searching for these criteria with the sort by breeding fee added still resulted in the error.

Bleh. Finally found the problem and fixed it.
Can't wait to redo search -_-
