I'm stuck on the Grotto Trolls and the end battle of the Nightfall Dungeon, and my lovely main team is all the way to 43.... Which is five to ten(depending) levels higher than the things I'm stuck on AND YET I always lose pretty quick. I'm trying to train my lovelies, but the only exp they get is about 1%. Am I doing something wrong, or not doing something? Any tips?

Guessing our pets are Kaleria, Seriha, and Aloran, i have a few tips

First, equipment. They all have rare, which is not very helpful. Try getting epics and legendaries. and try getting their equipment as close as their level as possible. Also, relics. relics give you more damage only if you place it with the right proficiency. Aloran has Earth, which is a physical damage element. and his relic is giving him magical damage, which is pretty much no help at all. Earth, wind, and water is physical damage. Shadow, fire, and light is magical damage

Second, proficiencies. I would say for now since they all only have two points use it all on health. You would also want to take your enemies down quick, so i would advise you to switch Aloran to Wind. Shadow, Kaleria, would be the ideal first pet, since they deal great damage and also heals themselves. Note that i said themselves. Put Seriha second, since he can heal the whole party. Put Aloran last, since he can't heal himself and the last place is usually the one that get's hit the least
