Hello everyone,
How is it determined whether or not a sylesti completes or fails a mission? I ask because sometimes my sylesti are successful and other times they are not. I do not understand what I am doing wrong. The sylesti I've chosen meet and even surpass the level requirement, but no information is ever given about why they failed, so I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.
If anyone knows the best way to successfully complete these missions, please respond. I am hoping there is a trick to it and it is not just random chance if the sylesti succeed or not.

@Nee,
The recommended stat is used to determine fail/success. However, there is a slight random roll attached to the value which can cause a pet w/ the same amount of a stat to succeed one time but fail the next.
There is a threshold where you can eventually bring the success rate to over 100% (meaning every time is a success).
