It says I have 0/0 points available for my starting style stoa pet. Please help.

Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing in the Generator?
It will help me to better assist you.

my friend (who didn't play later) had that problem too with his starter pet. his username is Ching4

I am always open to fixing player's Starter Pets as a one time thing per player assuming it was a mistake like not adding all Trait Points or not setting colors.
Just send me a PM with your pet and what the mistake was. =)
