I was in the Snowman Exchange Shop and ordered two Premium Waters for 5 snowmen each. While checking out, I received a Timeout Error page freeze (commonly happens in Diamond and Fest shop pages as well). When the page came back, it had subtracted my 10 snowmen from my inventory, but had NOT awarded the 2 Premium Waters.
Could I please receive the 2 Premium Waters?

Oh shoot..... never mind! They just showed up in a strange slot in my inventory.

Just curious - but are you still having issues w/ the Social page since I made a change a couple days ago?

Hmmm.... I'll keep an eye out for it. I had a PM freeze up a bit ago, but I'm not sure how many days ago it was. I'll let you know if it comes back up.

Okay.
Yea... if what I did there worked, I can try and convert everything over to that and hopefully all of these pesky timeout issues will go away for everyone.

I have not noticed any PM timeouts since that message. *crosses fingers*
I have noticed that the Snowman Exchange and Ice Sculpting seem to be increasingly timing out, however.
Thank you for your hard work in this. I hope I haven't been too much of a pain!

I think I will try today to get all of the Winter Festival pages fully updated.

Have you changed Snow Wars? I just played 5 games in a row, and NONE of them timed out!

Yea. I did half of the updates to Snow Wars already.

Just to let you know, I've been getting frequent timeouts from the Player Trades page, when I hit the button to accept Non COD trades. Just to let you know, when you have the time. Also, when I use the sort buttons in the Inventory pages.
Everything else has been wonderful!!
