So I've been doing fests for a while now, but there's still always one thing that confuses me.

Bosses can drop colour variants that they don't wear (that's how we get recolours, right?)

But do their clothes have any influence over what they drop?

Eg.

Danytha Heartpiercer


Does she have an increased chance of dropping her clothes (or infact, her scythe over say a lantern), or is it the same pool across all the bosses with the same set?

I'm my experience, Danytha (as an example) has / will drop the purple wings, purple outfit and purple head piece, recolour wings, recolour outfit, recolour head piece, any of the scythes and none of the other helds that the other similar bosses hold (e.g. the spirits held by the Aurora one). Soooo basically, I think you can get recolours from any of them, you can get a held which is similar to the one the boss holds in any colour and you can get whatever that particular boss wears. I may be mistaken so I'd be interested to hear if anyone experiences anything different.

Interesting. Because I know some bosses (such as Aurora) has dropped me the light blue frosting spirit which did make me think that the boss drops could be influenced by what they hold/what colour set they wear ^^

For me, I only get different variations of helds, so let's say...Emelia Ghostwind, she has given me a Arctic Nomad Beast (polar Night). I have never gotten a different variation of the head, outfit, back, wings...only the helds.
