Is it possible to rearrange the proficiency buttons in the combat hotbar? The default way they are arranged makes using the keyboard shortcuts really awkward once you start learning new ones.

Atm there is no way to customize hotkeys, but the game is still under development so it may or may not be something that happens in the future.
I do agree with you that it's a little confusing right when a pet hits 25, since your finisher changes hotkeys when you learn a new skill.
