So I have been wanting to purchase new clothing for my avatar ever since I started the game, and apparently you can buy stuff with Advancement Points.
I talked to my sister, who started playing Sylestia before I did, and she said that you recieve AP Points from battling.
However, I just went on a very long expedition in the Fungus Grove, and so far I have not received any AP Points.
So this is my question: Why am I not able to collect AP Points from battling, and is there any other way to earn them?

I do not know why you aren't earning AP points, so can't really help you with that, but I do know that you shouldn't waste AP points on buying the avatar clothes. Instead, spend them on hairstyles and facial stuff, and buy the actual avatar outfit sets (under items in wardrobe). They're a lot prettier in my opinion, and they have way way more variety. You can get those either with gold from other players, or seasonal festival shops, including the retired outfits.

Hiya~ For battling, you only get AP (Advancement Points) by battling enemies close to your user level. Right now your user level is 16 - I'm assuming the enemies you were fighting were several levels lower. To note, your user level increases when you level up a pet past your current user level.
