Quick question, if I breed two 12 point regens before regeneration will they make a regenable baby?

Part 7 of bonus regen section in our guide (with link if you want to read the whole thing) covers this, but in short: No.
Regennable pets count as 0tp until regenned, and regen pets are solely pets that existed prior to the revamp who fell into the correct parameters for requiring regen.

well, it's a bonus section in a guide on generator essences, so it's pretty reasonable to miss it.
