I just entered the aryth boss room and BA-BOOM THERE ARE FREAKING THREE THINGS TO BATTLE!!!
I've seen people in battle discussion say the real aryth does more damage and has more health, but is there any other way to tell? I..I don't want to waste to much time or gold considering I am already low.

In my experience, the one that takes the least damage is the real one. There's probably a better way to do this, but I've found that using an attack that hits multiple targets like a fire element attack can help you to pinpoint the right one.

Okay, I just battled a named in festival zone, so I have found a strategy that requires the least elixirs. Thanks for helping!
