I have a close friend who is struggling with self esteem. She doesnt think she is good at anything she tries. It makes me sad and I need advice to help her. I hate seeing her like this! Please, any advice would help!

I think the best way would be for her to see a counselor or a therapist. It can really help, trust me. You could also just tell her things shes really good at, ask her why she thinks shes bad at things, compliment her a lot, and get other people to do those things too. I have friends that think theyre stupid because they dont do well in subjects like math or science, but it just takes a few compliments and pointing out something else theyre good at(ex. sports, drawing, technology) and gradually theyre fine.
