soooo.... about the title >.>
do you have a creepy neighbore, cuz i do! xD.
heres my story.
one I was in 7th grade, a creepy guy moved in next door. he was always staring at me and my friend. well me and my BFF one day were walking infront of his house, heading toward tropical smoothie, one.... he came out side and started talking to us, well being me, i avoided his gaze (im weird and i avoid every ones gave) and my friend is way more like chaty and well mannerd, so she always made eye contact, and well he kept talking away one i noticed my friend jabbing me and she started looking nervous. she started saying ''we got to go, im going to get grounded if i dont check in''. and he ignored her and talked away. well...me... i was very shoked at her trying to get away from a nice chat. then she started backing up and saying ''my mom is texting me i got to go'' and we got away, and i was like ''whats wrong with you, weres (her name)!'' and she started like screaming ''HE WAS CHEKING YOU OUT!'' i kinda looked at her and laughed, and she screamed again. well later that day we were on a sexoffender site (we wanted to see if he was on ther) when, and you can already guess he was on the site...
so yeah thats all xD.
Auto correct.. I hate you (sorry for any mistakes I did thin on my phone)!

O.o
Woah that's not good Ivy if I was there I would have told the creep to back off.. glad you and your friend are okay. Sounds like a story for Reddit: Creepy Encounters
My neighbors are pretty cool, most are families with kids my age so it's pretty awesome hanging out with all of 'em.

I have a creepy neighbor :0
I gave her a nickname, it's Cussy. Why? She's like I dunno eight or ten or something and cusses like a sailor.
So one day I'm on my Ipad animating, and she's going around knocking on peoples doors. She knocks on mine and my mum answers. The girl tries to enter the house but my mom blocks her. The girl says, "Can your kids play with me?" Now me, being the nicer of my clan of siblings, offered to go and play with her out in the yard. Were sitting on the swing set talking and all that. Then my mom tries to leave the house and my cat escapes under the porch. I and Cussy walk over and ask my brother to crawl under to get him. He agrees but then Cussy says she's hungry. I leave and get some snacks or whatever. I come out and she's bossing my brother around and yelling at him. I tell her to calm down, hand her a slice of cheese, and help my bro with the cat. Afterwards, my bro goes inside the house to play video games. Meanwhile, Cussy drags me across the street, into HER HOUSE, and introduces me to her grandparents. Her grandpa's drinking on the couch and her grandma's smoking a cigarette. I'm frozen on the spot and watches her make sundaes. Cussy drags me over to the back porch all excited. I'm sitting in a chair with the sundae shaking in pure confusion. Cussy want's to have a sleepover with me. Her grandma lights another cigarette and talks with her. I get up but Cussy tells me to sit down. I obey. She asks me if I want to have a sleepover and I answer: "My mom doesn't let me have sleepovers, and it's time for me to go home for lunch." With that, I got up and excused myself from the property. Days later she comes again, but I didn't know. She was hiding in my tree fort. I climb into it to do some cleaning and she's standing there holding one of my many animal figurines and souvenirs from Georgia. She asks me: "Can I have this one?" It was a little pink princess fan I didn't really care about. I said sure and she picks up another one, my favorite cat stuffy my friend gave me as a parting gift, "How about this one?" She asks. I say no. She stomps her foot and goes, "But I want it." I reply with, "You can't have it, it's a gift." She screams, "Then I'm not your friend." I stifle a laugh, "You never were." She comes back the next day and apologizes. We were sitting on the lawn that time. My bro's smashing rocks and looking for fossils and since he's far away he mouths to us: "Good-bye!" and turns the corner. Cussy growled and assumed he mouthed something else and said, "Later b****!" She turns to me and goes, "He's such a bratty b****!" I'm sitting there, my face red, and my fists shaking. I stand up and go, "Since when were you allowed to curse?" She smugly grins, "Always." she says. I growl, "And I was always allowed to defend my brother." My mom comes out and asks about the racket. And walk over and tell her about what Cussy had said. We all go inside to talk and I watch as Cussy goes home. A few days later I'm biking with some of my friends and I'm heading home. Standing on my lawn was Cussy, all in white and watching me with dead eyes. I park my bike and ask, "What are YOU doing here?" She just tilts her head going, "I wanna play." I storm off my bike and stand in front of her, "Oh yeah? Get off my property. Were not friends, I don't ever want to be friends, and your never allowed to step a single foot near my house. Got IT?" The girl drags herself of my lawn and to this day she's always watching me from the window of the house across the street.

I'm still trying to figure out why I had a creepy almost stalker neighbor.
She wasn't a bad person or overly frightening (she was actually a bit nice and kinda cute for an older lady), but despite the fact she was married she kept aggressively hitting on me (and a few times flat out told me she was interested), and was always trying (and failing) to pretend she wasn't watching me. If I went for a long walk, sometimes she "just happened" to decide to go for a drive and would ask if I wanted to ride with her. It was just really uncomfortable, and I was so happy to move away from there. I do feel a bit bad because, as I said, she wasn't really a bad person, it was just a really uncomfortable with how she acted. Flirting is one thing, even being told of interest is almost flattering in a weird way, but being watched and followed is really unsettling.
The part that confuses me is I'm not exactly an attractive guy. There were better looking guys in the neighborhood, yet none of them were the focus of her attention.
