I spent well over 30 minutes editing and making a video for youtube and WMG fricking blocked the video because I used "On Melancholy Hill" and "She's my Collar" in the background. I credited them as well.

I am disputing it but YouTube is known for not taking away blocks. I am angry about this. I am not making any money off of it either. I have a small YouTube channel so i'm not going to be injuring anyone??

I'd suggest using free source/royalty-free music. You can easily google/youtube search "royalty free" music. It means that you can use them for free (and give credit/attribution in your description if you'd like) without needing to pay.

Usually its the automatic algorithms that look for videos that have violations of music, and they're pretty indiscriminatory regardless of the size of your YouTube channel or if you credited them. It's easier to use royalty-free music sources in my experience.

Hmm! I just checked today and I think the strike got repelled and the video put back up!

One of the reasons I was very annoyed with it is that I have seen other speedpaints with the same song in the background and they have not been taken down
