Will the Philter of Trait Disruption (Themed), when used on a Majestic themed, scramble the traits but still include restricted? Or does it just not work at all? I'm just wondering.

I do believe it only scrambles the traits it has amongst the four (or... five... in the case of the ID ny'vene) traits that belong to that majestic theme's trait set.
