How do you get fairy mushrooms? Also, how do you get your sylestia's energy up?

@Gingerpaw, you can randomly find Fairy Mushrooms when you go exploring in the zones (mostly in Fungus Grove).
By energy, I assume you mean mana? o: Your Sylesti get mana as they use their attacks in battle (so mana is used solely in battle). Over time, the mana naturally depletes, but is always easy to build up through attacks.
