I have two eggs and was wondering when they would hatch or if i have to do anything to make them hatch?

i have this on my profile page so i don't forget

Eggling to Hatchling = 3 Days
Hatchling to Adolescence = 6 Days
Adolescence to Adult = 18 Days

nuriture click help it hatch faster (4 click = -1 h) with the festival going on people nuriture more so it may hatch a bit quicker.

5 nurtures to an eggling boosts their timer by one hour, and the timer can be found at the top of the eggling's Genetics section as X/72

Currently both your egglings are 3/72

When they reach 72/72, a symbol will appear on their small-view in the hatchery, and you viewing their pet page will bring up a popup where you can choose to
a) help them hatch (+20 base HP),
b) let them hatch on their own (+1? to one of any of str/int/dex/agi at random), or
c) use a philter (eg. lesser philter of precision gives +5 dex) by selecting from the dropdown and then hitting the 'use philter' button.

Alternately, just leaving them alone/ignoring them they will hatch with no boosts after a day or two (not sure how long until they hatch this way)

(once they hatch, every 5 nurture clicks will add +1 to their current lowest stat in order of Str>Int>Dex>Agi, and page views will add to their age counter, making them reach Adolescent stage a little bit faster)
