Here is a better url to use as the picture you wanted
Here is how you do it
Click the icon that says IMG. it should put [ img][/img ]
Then put there desired link for it. Its does not work for large links like the one you used

Should become like this
Ignored the spaces i put in the [ img][/img]
I had to do that to make it work.
