How do you use a magical pie? I know it shows to use it via its inventory page but idk if it had to be an egg, hatchling, adolescent or adult. Plz tell me!

It must be an adolescent or older. I'm not sure why you'd want to use a pie on an adult, but I think that it gives you the option. To use one, you press the "Genetic Philter" button on the pet's profile page and select it from the drop-down list.
