Plankwood Axe of Mists is dropped by Sariveni Songblade - not a Woodsman.

Emerald Oracle Items (staff, crown, and robes) are dropped by Yurgo the Twisted.
Crimson Oracle Items are dropped by Ameryth Swiftfire.
Green and Red Apple Basket, Maiden's Dress, and Hair Beads - can be purchased from the vendor in Sweet Blossom Orchard
All Water Gowns and Circlets except Irridescent can be bought from the vendor in Astryl's Tranquility

Where do I find Yurgo the Twisted, Ameryth Swiftfire, and Koralai?

It's been such a long time since I been in the zones herp derp.

Koralai is in the Sweet Orchards, where the mushroom house is, all the way southeast.

Yurgo and Ameryth, I thiiink, are in the Astryl's Tranquility. iirc (and my memory isn't that good), Ameryth is near the mushroom house at the northwest (outside the lake), and Yurgo is at the corner on the other side of the lake in the southwest.

edit: these bosses aren't guaranteed to show up. They may have placeholders in their spawn spot that you'll have to kill, then wait 15mins later to see if either the real boss or another placeholder shows up.

Tranquilty's Protector is given to you upon speaking to the elder Orynn the final time.
I just got it. You have to clear Astryl's Tranquility to get it.

You get the Newbies' Adventurer Outfit for completing one of the vary first quests of the game. I don't remeber which one. You get it in Eiser's haven anyway.

The Novice Adventurer's Outfit is also given in Eiser's Haven for completing a quest. If I remember correctly, you get it from the quest follwing the one you got the newbie's outfit from.

Crown of the Oracle (The colorable one) is a randomly dropped by Ameryth Swiftfire.

I can confirm these 2:

Circlet of Delicate Seashells: Bought from the vendor in Astryl's Tranquility.
Circlet of the Starry Night: Bought from the vendor in Astryl's Tranquility.


On observation, I believe this one is correct (but have yet to confirm it):
