(yet another bug this fest yay)
I have two Trick or Treating Baskets in my inventory. They're both definitely there, as evidenced by this image:
However, when I go to the intended profile to give them the basket, this shows up after hitting the Give Personal Item button:
...and it stays there.
Is this just a bug?

Is it (Opened)?
If so, it was received from someone else and you can now open it for loot.

It doesn't say so, so I think not. I don't remember where I got them, either.
edit: Also can't hit "use item" if I select the baskets.
