How do I find essences?

There is a lot of different way but keep in mind that essence are realy rare and that the odd of those are rendom. You can get some by nurituring eggs (in this case the essence should be from the same speacie then the egg was from), get some from mission satchel, by wining a fight against a wild sylesti (i do belive that you get the same speacie as well) or win one with the Jinxie jamboree.
