I saw someone post that it helps with cracked sand but I'm not sure where to find it. Also what do sand sculptures do?

Vials of Seawater can be obtained by opening Sand Sculpting Agents in your inventory (this may instead give you Blocks of Sand or Essence of Sun), which can be gotten from defeating Bosses or Beach Treasure Seeking, or from other players.
Sand Sculptures are one method of getting Themed Pets, an alternative to going out and hunting for them or buying them from other players.
