Yeah. I'm not sure what the "solar eclipse" thing is. Can someone explain? Thanks :)

It's like a mini-event within the Festival zone. For a set period of time (e.g. 15 minutes) the Festival zone switches to "night" and you have the chance to find Solar Eclipse tagged pets or Acolytes (which drop some avatar items) while exploring.
