Hello... I have just been logged out 5 times now in the past hour. I know it's supposed to happen about every 2 weeks when my cookies reset or whatever, and when i clear my history... But I'm fairly sure it's not supposed to happen this often...

I am not too sure then. That should not be happening and doesn't ever happen to me.

Are you closing your browser each time? Is your browser set to clear its cache when closed?

My browser cache does not clear when I close it, and I did not close it when I was having this problem. But I was using tabs... But it's never done that before with tabs.

It's not logging me out so frequently any more, but unexplained log-outs have seemed to be happeneing once every day or every other day, and then when I log in, it immediatly logs me back out. I know for a fact that it isn't that I imputed the wrong password.

They happen suddenly and without warning, like the most recent time I was in the middle of a battle and was doing nothing else on the computer or any of my other devices.

Everyone was logged out a few minutes ago due to something our Host was doing.

I am also aware of the random log outs and there isn't much that I can do about it atm. I wish I could, but I don't have enough information to know where to look. The system works as intended for me so I can't investigate myself to figure out the source of the problem.

All I can suggest is what I've said above to help reduce being logged out.
